We’ve all had days that seem to drag on and on and on. These also happen to be those days where I can’t seem to get anything done on time. Whether that is a simple task like doing my laundry, or something more urgent like sending those email’s at work, procrastination always hits at times I need it not to.
Recently, I began reevaluating my system for goal setting and time management. I realized that most of the goals I set are usually too broad, too open ended, and ultimately unachievable. This would lead to severe stress regarding the magnitude of the task I set for myself, and ultimately disappointment when I couldn’t achieve the goal I set out to.
Here are some tips I try and keep in mind when I set goals and targets for myself, especially during the work week!
